The building was located on the opposite side of the road from [[Injun Joe's]] and was mostly surrounded by trees and underbrush. The woods surrounding the cabin, rustic bark siding, and rules forbidding campers to go near it gave the cabin an air of spookiness and mystery. [[Mike Denault|Mike]] and [[Phyllis Denault]] lived in the cabin together for a few years and Ryan Massey lived in it in the early 2000s.
