Between the summers of 2004 and 2005, the old [[Director's Cabin]], a cabin that was lived in by many of Birch Rock's past directors including [[Chief Brewster]], was torn down and rebuilt as the camp's first insulated, year round structure. A new Chief's Cabin is being built for the 2009 season.
