Thomas Joyce is a Birch Rock counselor who started as a camper at age twelve. He moved up through the ranks in his many years at Birch Rock. He went from camper to CIT to counselor all the way up to head counselor, a title which he kept for many years.

In the 2008 season he lived in Albert's Cabin and taught woodshop. For the last week of second session 2008 he led MWA.
