Help:Registering

You need to register an account if you wish to edit articles. To register:

1. Click this link
2. Enter your desired username and password and also your email address and real name (these last two are optional and you can always change them later)
3. Click create account

And you are done! You can change your account's preferences by clicking the 'my preferences' link in the top right.
